Please note that we do not guarantee delivery by any specific date, including holidays such as Christmas, Halloween, or any other event period.
SHIPPING PROCESS AND TIMELINE
All orders at Zenvio are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days from the date of shipment.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
During high-demand seasons or special promotions, processing and delivery times may be subject to minor delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
NO REFUNDS FOR SHIPPING DELAYS
Once an order has been shipped, Zenvio is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.
Refunds or cancellations based on delivery delays will not be accepted.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we offer a limited window to make corrections before the order ships.
Orders returned or undeliverable due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping fees.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Zenvio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.
RETURN POLICY
Our return policy applies only to unopened and unused items.
Refunds or returns based on delivery time expectations, including delays during busy seasons such as Halloween or Christmas, are not accepted.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If an item is out of stock, your order will be held and shipped once all items are available.
