RETURN POLICY

At Zenvio, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we provide a simple and transparent process for returns or replacements.


10-Day Return Policy for Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a faulty, defective, or incorrect item, you have 10 days from the delivery date to request a refund or replacement.
To qualify, you must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue with the product.

Clothing & Apparel Return Rules

Condition Requirements

Returns are only accepted if the item is:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original packaging with tags attached

  • Free from damage, stains, or odors

All returns are subject to inspection. Items showing wear or use will be rejected.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Zenvio does not provide prepaid return labels.

Size Responsibility

Returns or cancellations are not accepted for size or preference issues if the correct item and size were delivered.
We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart before purchasing.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

Wrong Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for refunds.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Zenvio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided.
For assistance, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


High-Demand Seasons

During high-volume periods (e.g., Halloween, Christmas), shipping delays may occur due to carrier or customs issues.
Once shipped, Zenvio is not responsible for such delays. Refunds or cancellations due to delivery timing will not be accepted.
We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with original tags and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-returnable under this policy:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., underwear, intimate apparel)

  • Sale items or gift cards


How to Start a Return

To begin a return or replacement for a damaged or incorrect product:

Refunds
